  • ½ cup oats (instant or rolled are both fine!)
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • ¾ tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 small close garlic
Instructions
  1. Add oats to a high-speed blender and blend until powdery. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until uniformly textured. Store in the fridge up to a few weeks. Use on top of pasta, salads...or just about anything!
