Tahini Banana Bean Smoothie

Serves: makes 1 glass
Ingredients
  • 4 ice cubes
  • ½ large frozen banana
  • 1 cup nondairy milk
  • ⅓ cup drained and rinsed canned butter beans
  • ½ tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until very smooth. Pour and enjoy! I like to add an ice cube to the smoothie glass to keep it extra cold while drinking!
