Summertime Apple Crumble

Ingredients
  • 1 medium Fuji apple, cored and sliced or diced
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon, plus more to top
  • 1/16 tsp ground ginger
  • pinch ground mace or nutmeg
  • pinch sea salt
  • dash of allspice
  • dash of cloves
  • 2 tsp melted coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Mix oats, almond meal, sugar and spices in a medium bowl. Pour in coconut oil and mix again until almond meal is crumbly.
  2. Arrange apple slices on a plate or in a bowl. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Distribute crumble mixture on top and enjoy!
